Perlitz Strategy Group (PSG) signed a “Comprehensive Strategic Cooperation Agreement” with Guoyuan Securities in Hefei, China.

“The aim of this agreement is to work together even more closely in cross-border M&A activities and cooperations with the participation of German and Chinese companies,” said Matthias Litschke, Partner at Perlitz Strategy Group, and Yong Cai, CEO of Guoyuan Securities.

Perlitz Strategy Group has become a member of the “Bundesvereinigung Repositionierung, Sanierung und Interim Management e.V.” (BRSI)

Perlitz Strategy Group (PSG) has joined the Federal Association of Restructuring, Turnaround and Interim Management (BRSI). BRSI is a leading interdisciplinary federal association, where experts from different fields share their professional experiences. Its members include lawyers, auditors, tax consultants, strategy consultants, insolvency administrators, M&A consultants, and interim and turnaround mangers.

Perlitz Strategy Group advises Chinese Zhongding Group on the acquisition of Tristone Flowtech Group

The Chinese Zhongding Group, a leading automotive Tier-1 supplier with 14,000 employees and revenues of more than EUR 1.6 billion, has signed a sale and purchase agreement (SPA) for the acquisition of all shares of the Tristone Flowtech Group, a market leading automotive supplier for flowtech solutions. The seller is the BAVARIA Industries Group AG, Munich. The purchasing price to be paid at closing is EUR 170 million. The transaction is subject to the responsible anti-trust approvals.
